RO-bot has a new name: TenthGear. Our new home is tenthgear.ai.

Why the new name

The name “RO-bot” served us well. It clearly indicated that we’re bringing AI automation to the Repair Order process at dealerships.

But we needed a name that fits where the product is going. Our mission is to bring the best technology to technicians, advisors, parts, the whole service team, to make you more productive, more profitable, more successful. We build the gear for every 1/10th that goes out of your shop. So from here forward, our brand is TenthGear.

Even for shops that already run like a well-tuned machine, we believe that there’s another gear above your current performance. More speed, more productivity, higher average RO, more customer trust and loyalty. That’s the outcome we’re building toward.

Where we’re headed

A service department has two growth levers: how fast you move ROs through the shop, and how much every RO is worth. Every minute lost to paperwork and clunky software works against both. That’s why TenthGear exists.

With TenthGear, you just talk. Our AI turns technician notes into inspections, videos, and repair stories. Anything else changing?

This is primarily a rebranding exercise. We’re the same team, with the same commitment to getting your techs more wrench time and your service department more revenue per RO.

• Our email addresses move to @tenthgear.ai. Our old email addresses still work, so you don’t need to change our contact info.

The fine print

The company behind the product is still called RO-bot, Inc. Your invoices, your contract, anything with our legal name on it, all stays exactly as it is.
