RO.bot Is Now TenthGear

RO.bot has a new name: TenthGear. Our new home is tenthgear.ai.

Why the new name

RO.bot described what the product does. It writes repair orders. TenthGear describes what your service department gets out of it.

Every shop already runs in top gear. Tenth gear is the one beyond that, the gear a shop finds when it has more speed left than anyone else on the drive expects. That’s the outcome we’re building toward, and it’s a better name for it than a description of the software itself.

What changes for you

Nothing operational. Same product, same team, same pricing.

• The app moves to app.tenthgear.ai. Old links and bookmarks still work and will redirect you automatically.
• Our email addresses move to @tenthgear.ai. Your old contacts keep working too, so nothing you have on file needs to change.

The fine print

The company behind the product is still RO-bot, Inc. That hasn’t changed. Your invoices, your contract, anything with our legal name on it, all stays exactly as it is.

Same team, same commitment to getting your techs more wrench time and your service department more revenue per RO. Just a new name for it.
